Delivery costs

Delivery costs or the cost of making the goods available will be indicated to the Customer before any payment is made and only apply to deliveries made in Belgium. The delivery costs indicated on the site are in euros, inclusive of all taxes. For products for which delivery costs are not indicated or for destinations other than Belgium, an estimate will be sent to the user/customer beforehand and the order will only be definitively validated after written acceptance and payment of the total amount including the products ordered and the agreed delivery costs.

Delivery period

Orders are delivered by the most appropriate method chosen by so-corten.com according to the weight and size of the products ordered. Certain bulky products, or those weighing more than 500kg, may nevertheless justify a longer delivery time. This will be expressly mentioned to the Customer when the order is validated. For delivery, there must be access for a 13.5m lorry. For any delivery of more than 500kg and a length of more than 2.3m, the Customer must provide facilities for unloading the goods. Damaged package

In the event of delivery of an obviously and visibly damaged package, it is the responsibility of the user/customer to refuse it in order to benefit from the transporter's warranty. The user/customer must inform socorten.com immediately. A new package may be dispatched as soon as possible and at the earliest upon receipt of the damaged return package. In this case, the delivery times indicated above in these general conditions will no longer apply.
