Refund policy
In accordance with current legislation on the subject, the user/customer has a period of 14 calendar days in which to exercise his/her right of withdrawal without having to justify his/her reasons or pay any penalties, with the exception of the cost of returning the goods and any international bank transfer. This period runs from the day after the order is placed by the user/customer. When the 14-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the next working day. This retraction must be notified to so-corten.com at the address indicated in article 1 of these general conditions by means of a declaration, a standard form of which is available by clicking here. So-corten.com will send the user/customer an acknowledgement of receipt of the said withdrawal by e-mail as soon as possible.
The user/customer then returns or restitutes the products to so-corten.com or to any natural or legal person designated by so-corten.com, at his/her own expense.
The user/customer undertakes to make this return without delay and, at the latest, within fourteen days of communicating his/her decision to withdraw. The products must be returned in perfect condition, which will be ascertained jointly and confirmed in writing by so-corten.com or the person appointed by it.
After recovering the products and checking that they have been returned in the correct condition, so-corten.com will reimburse the user/customer for all sums paid, excluding delivery costs, as soon as possible and at the latest within fourteen days of the date on which the products were returned.
The refund will be made by bank transfer to the account provided by the user/customer for this purpose. Any international bank transfer charges will be borne by the user/customer.
The user/customer shall only be liable for any damage to the product resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the conformity, good condition and correct operation of the product.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products and/or products made to the user's/customer's specifications.
