Organisateur du concours
Le concours "BRASERO" est organisé par Abords et bois, dont le siège social est situé Rue de la Fontaine, 25 Blégny, Belgique et enregistrée sous le numéro BE0843.695.904, ci-après dénommée "l'Organisateur".
Conditions de participation
Le concours est ouvert à toute personne âgée de minimum 18 ans, résidant légalement en Belgique, en France ou au Luxembourg, à l'exception des employés de l'Organisateur, ainsi que de leurs familles proches.
Pour participer, les participants doivent suivre les instructions de participation indiquées dans la publication du concours sur les réseaux sociaux.
Les participants doivent posséder un compte actif sur le réseau social Facebook.
La participation au concours implique l'acceptation sans réserve du présent règlement.
Modalités de participation
Les participants pour participer au concours doivent :
- Aimer la page So-Corten.
- Identifier 3 amis dans les commentaires de la publication Facebook "CONCOURS SO CORTEN".
Les participations doivent être conformes aux conditions énoncées dans le présent règlement.
Chaque participant ne peut soumettre qu'une seule participation au concours.
Durée du Concours
Le concours débute le 05 avril à 8h00 du matin et se termine le 15 avril à 15h00.
Les participations reçues après la date de clôture ne seront pas prises en compte.
Sélection du gagnant
Le gagnant sera sélectionné par un tirage au sort parmi l'ensemble des participations éligibles, de manière aléatoire. Le tirage au sort sera effectué via Rafflys (by AppSorteos).
Le gagnant sera contacté par message privé sur le réseau social utilisé pour participer. Il devra répondre dans un délai de 3 jours suivant la notification pour réclamer son prix.
Si le gagnant ne se manifeste pas dans le délai imparti, un nouveau gagnant pourra être sélectionné.
Prix
Le prix à gagner est un Braséro Vasque So Corten (80x21cm), d'une valeur de 145€. La livraison à domicile sera inclue.
Le prix est personnel, non transférable et non échangeable contre de l'argent ou tout autre prix.
L'Organisateur se réserve le droit de remplacer le prix par un prix équivalent en cas de force majeure ou de circonstances imprévues.
Communication du résultat
Le nom du gagnant sera annoncé publiquement sur les réseaux sociaux utilisés pour le concours, sauf opposition expresse du gagnant.
En participant au concours, les participants acceptent que leur nom puisse être utilisé à des fins de communication liées au concours.
Données personnelles
Les données personnelles collectées dans le cadre du concours seront traitées conformément à la politique de confidentialité de l'Organisateur.
Les données personnelles des participants ne seront utilisées que dans le cadre du concours et ne seront pas transmises à des tiers sans consentement préalable.
Litiges
La participation au concours implique l'acceptation sans réserve du présent règlement.
En cas de litige, la décision de l'Organisateur sera finale et sans appel.
